We use trusted courier services with tracking capabilities, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

We deliver to all Australian states and territories. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas: 1-3 business days
• Regional areas: 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

All shipments are fully insured from the moment they leave our premises until they are signed for at your delivery address. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, you are fully protected.

For your security, we use plain packaging with no branding or indication of contents. The sender details do not reference precious metals or bullion.

A signature is required for all deliveries. If you're not available to sign, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

We recommend inspecting your package upon receipt. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please note this with the courier and contact us immediately.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the value and weight of your order, as well as your delivery location. Full shipping costs will be provided when you place your order.
