The coins reverse depicts an adorable baby wombat curled up in a warm fleece-lined nest that is surrounded by native Australian plants and animals. The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark also appears on the reverse with the coin’s weight and purity. The Jody Clark effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the coin’s monetary denomination and year-date appear on the obverse.
